Telenor Shared Services Pakistan delivers transactional business services in Finance & Accounting and IT. Together with Telenor Shared Services Norway, we support employees across Telenor globally by making everyday work simpler and more efficient.

In this role, you will coordinate the operational execution of global roaming rollout plans. You will work closely with internal teams and international telecom partners to ensure smooth onboarding, testing, and launch of roaming services. The role offers exposure to cross-border collaboration and end-to-end service delivery.

• Ensure timely and successful execution of roaming rollout plans
• Maintain accurate documentation and status tracking in roaming management tools
• Build strong relationships with roaming partners and internal stakeholders
• Ensure smooth coordination of testing and service launch activities

• Establish and maintain communication with roaming partners
• Support negotiation and coordination of International Roaming Agreements (IRAs)
• Drive testing, implementation, and launch of roaming services
• Monitor progress against rollout plans and highlight risks or delays
• Resolve operational challenges and escalate issues when required
• Maintain accurate documentation and reporting in relevant systems
• Collaborate closely with internal teams across multiple regions

Experience
• 3–4 years of experience in mobile roaming or telecom operations
• Experience in coordination roles within roaming rollout or similar functions

Education:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering, business, economics, or a related field
• Equivalent practical experience may be considered

• Good understanding of mobile roaming processes and rollout lifecycle
• Familiarity with IREG and/or TADIG processes (preferred)
• Experience working with international telecom partners
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and collaboration platforms (Teams, SharePoint)
• Basic technical understanding of mobile networks and roaming services

• Progression into senior coordination or specialist roles in roaming operations
• Opportunities to move into roles such as Roaming Manager or Service Delivery Lead
• Exposure to broader telecom operations and international project management
